What does the reception do exactly?
The reception is available on weekdays from 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM. They welcome visitors and suppliers and serve as the first point of contact. They perform the following tasks and responsibilities:
Registering and referring visitors
Mail and package service
Sending out updates and newsletters
Organizing emergency response meetings and training courses
Working closely with the building manager to quickly and accurately address your questions and requests
Taking care of all public areas
Providing support for the use of boardrooms and the tenants' app
